Cancelation/No-show 

Life happens unexpectedly, so I like to give grace when it comes to late cancelation or late rescheduling (less than 24 hours) or no-show appointments. The first time I will take note, but nothing will happen. If a late cancelation or no-show occurs for a second time (within the last 6 appointments) you will be notified that you can no longer book without prepaying the full amount, of which will be non-refundable if another cancelation happens.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Juniper Valley Massage and Spa LLC is dedicated to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for all clients and massage therapists. Both parties are expected to conduct themselves in a manner free from exploitative, suggestive, or provocative actions or words.

Expected Behavior

Professional Conduct: Clients and massage therapists must behave professionally at all times.

Respectful Communication: All communication should be respectful and appropriate.

Personal Boundaries: Respect personal boundaries and consent in all interactions.

Prohibited Conduct

Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests, or remarks are strictly prohibited.

Verbal or Physical Harassment: Any form of verbal abuse, offensive remarks, or unwelcome physical contact is not tolerated.

Reporting and Action:

Report any violations of this policy to the police and/or the Missouri state massage board. Reports will be handled promptly and confidentially. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of services and blocking from future bookings.
